Working primarily within the Support Services Team, alongside the wider Specialist Teams in Baptists Together to deliver high quality communications across Baptists Together and, where appropriate, to external partners and organisations.

Christchurch Baptist Church - Young & Emerging Adults Lead

Christchurch Baptist Church is a thriving church in the centre of the historic coastal town of Christchurch.  In March 2026, we moved into our brand new home for mission and ministry.  After many years of sustained numerical growth, we're looking to recruit an enthusiastic individual as our Young & Emerging Adults Lead.

The Young & Emerging Adults Lead plays a key role in leading, discipling, and reaching out to young and emerging adults (15–29s) within the church community and beyond, helping them grow in faith, build meaningful relationships, discover their calling, and become active participants in the life and mission of the church.  The role focuses on creating a welcoming, Christ-centred culture for young and emerging adults, with a particular emphasis on discipleship, belonging, leadership development, and mission.

BMS World Mission - Fundraising Role - Individual Giving Officer

Do you have fundraising experience and a passion for project management? Do you want to play a key role in helping supporters feel valued while enabling sustainable growth in individual giving? Join BMS World Mission as their Individual Giving Officer.

As the Individual Giving Officer, you’ll be part of the Individual Giving team delivering inspiring fundraising activity. From project managing quarterly direct mail appeals to shaping compelling supporter journeys, your work will help people engage generously with BMS’ mission. You’ll collaborate closely with communications colleagues to produce impactful fundraising materials, plan supporter events, and ensure excellent, personalised thanking that reflects our commitment to outstanding supporter care.

You’ll monitor performance, learn from data, and apply insights to continually improve our approach. If you enjoy juggling projects, working collaboratively, and combining creativity with analysis this role is ideal for you.
