NEBC are seeking an enthusiastic, experienced and committed Children and Families Leader, though they prefer the title Next Generation leader who likes to have fun, to coordinate and grow their established children’s ministry. 
 
You will lead their team of volunteers in providing for children and young people on Sunday mornings along with the Preschool groups, Youth groups, Messy Church as well as building on the other ministries to children and their families throughout the week.

Baptists Together - Website & National Emails Coordinator

BUGB are looking for someone with specialist skills to manage their website and national emails, both key ways for them to communicate with over 1,800 churches, associations and colleges. The site requires ongoing design, development, and maintenance alongside training of team members.    This needs a strong creative eye both visually and strategically as well as in terms of digital content and design.  The Christian and cultural landscapes continue to evolve rapidly, so the post requires confident technical skills and abilities.

The right person will be able to demonstrate their experience of working with content managed website solutions and expertise with creating and managing bulk emails. Used to working with precision, great accuracy and with a strong eye for detail.

Shirley Baptist Church - Children, Youth & Families Worker

Salary £26,500 – £30,500 per annum

This is an exciting opportunity for a FULL TIME Children, Youth and Family Worker at Shirley Baptist Church in Southampton.

SBC are a mid-sized multinational church on the New Forest side of the city of Southampton.

They have a growing number of children, youth and families and are looking to appoint someone to lead and develop a thriving ministry on Sundays and throughout the week to children, youth and families, both in the church and the local community. This will involve developing new activities and initiatives.

The successful person will be able to enter wholeheartedly into this task and help them make church a place where children, youth and families are invited, welcomed and given the opportunity to encounter God in their lives. SBC are looking for someone to share their passion to see their children and youth come to faith and grow in a relationship with Jesus.

The successful candidate will:
  • have a heart for the gospel and a lifestyle to match.
  • believe the Bible and want to teach it to all children and youth in clear, creative, engaging and relevant ways.
  • have previous experience of working with children, youth and families.
  • have led, organised and developed this or a similar ministry area.
  • be able to lead, support and train a committed team currently serving in this ministry area.
  • have good communication and leadership skills, be able to develop strong working relationships with others and gain commitment from them to new initiatives and approaches.
  • be confident with using modern technology and relevant online platforms.

United Church Ferndown (UCF) is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Pastoral Care Worker to support and develop pastoral care within the Church and the wider community.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and oversee the Pastoral Care Team as part of the Church’s mission.
  • Provide spiritual and emotional support to the congregation, especially vulnerable adults and older individuals.
  • Encourage inclusivity, unity, and a servant-hearted fellowship.
  • Collaborate with health and social services, other churches, and community groups.
  • Lead and support volunteers engaged in pastoral ministry.
