Each member church shall have the right to appoint two representatives (one of whom shall be a minister of the member church if one is appointed) to attend and vote ate general meetings of the Association and an additional representative for every 100 members the member church shall have from time to time in excess of fifty members.
Each representative shall have one vote.
The representative of a member church shall be entitled together to exercise the same powers on behalf of the member church as the member church could exercise.
