6th July -  The 23rd Baptist World Congress meets this week in Brisbane, Australia, on the theme of ‘Living the Good News’. Pray for safe travel for those attending, and that this will be a time of great celebration and fellowship. (BWABrisbane)

13th July - This week we pray for the Central Baptist Association. Pray for the team of Regional Ministers and the 150 churches of the Association as they walk together in ministry and mission. (CBA)

20th July - Standing Together Sunday is a day for all to pray for our young people and take action to address violence affecting young people. Will you make one pledge that will lead to one change in addressing the violence that is affecting young people across the nations? (One Pledge, One Change Campaign)

22nd June - Please pray for the Support Services Specialist Team as they seek to support churches and associations with financial, legal and pensions issues. There have recently been a number of staff changes within the Team – please pray for the new members of staff and for the whole Team as they adjust to new roles and responsibilities. 27th July - Pray for safe travels for all those going away over the summer break, for those working in the holiday industry that it may be a time of fruitful occupation and for all that there may be times of rest and relaxation.

29th June - 5th July - Together in Mission - BMS World Mission strives to learn from the leadership and gifts of Christians in the Majority World* as we work together for God’s mission. Pray that we would continue to learn from our brothers and sisters in the Global Church to carry out the Great Commission.

6th - 12th July - Baptist Leaders - BMS World Mission works with Baptist leaders nationally and globally, particularly with Baptist Regional Federations as well as with local leaders. Please pray that these partnerships will bless many and be a clear example of God’s Kingdom on earth.

13th - 19th July - Enabling the Global Church - Genuine change among their global partners requires them to see and feel the need for change themselves. Pray that BMS would enable partners to be the change they want to see.

20th - 26th July - Hope for the World - BMS World Mission seeks to tackle poverty in all its forms. Your generosity supports church and community mobilisation (CCM) across Africa and provides patients with lifesaving medical care at Guinebor II Hospital (G2) in Chad. Please join them in praying for their Hope for the World ministries.

29th July - 2nd August - Growing Together - In the parable of the talents in Matthew 25, the emphasis is not only on being good stewards of the resources we’ve been given, but also on using those resources to generate more. BMS World Mission’s finance strategy guides them in the way they strive to do this.
